  • Team Coaching: When you have a team which is new, forming, functional, dysfunctional, toxic, challenged and challenging to improve their performance, success, joy and ease. Team Coaching can help support teams through major transformations and change and also post acquisition.
     

  • We also provide Coaching Supervision for you once our work is completed if, you wish.

Team Coaching
  1. Agree — Listen to your needs and working with you we will agree and clarify your goals.  Identify specific success measures and work out a schedule plan to work with the team that may extend over a number of months. 
     

  2. Review —after contracting with the team conduct a gap assessment or diagnostic, to see how the team is really performing.  This includes individual perceptions and stakeholders views. 
     

  3. Enable — foster a connected team environment to meet goals, through team interventions, interactions drawing from a range of tools, approaches and methods depending on the needs of the team.  
     

  4. Step Away — once we have achieved our goals - we will make sure have all that you need for great team practises to continue, but we can always come back

Leaders as Team Coaches

Equipping Leaders with what they need to be Team Coaches and rise to the challenge of Leadership 4.0

  1. Agree what your goals are for your leadership cohort, pipeline and team.  Conduct an assessment of current capabilities particularly coaching.
     

  2. Using our extensive experience base of running 100's of global LD interventions put together a tailored Leadership Development Programme. 
     

  3. Run in person and virtually experiences and create a team coaching environment or action learning team within the cohorts. We endeavour to make this as pragmatic as possible and encourage real business challenges to be shared within the training. 
     

  4. Review success with sponsors, share our knowledge, approaches and tools, enable your teams to continue to run this and step away.

1:1 Coaching 

As a part of who we are we love 1:1 Coaching and realise from time to time this may be necessary within Team Coaching. 

​

When we do this we follow a  proven process  which we have developed over a number of years.  We work energetically and focus on presence to enable growth.  Our approach includes. 

 

  1. Mutually agreeing working relationship and goals, this may also include a director/managers goals too.  
     

  2. Meet regularly and work in between. If agreed, conduct a 360 and use this to help explore goals and strengths. 
     

  3. Connect and explore the goals together, using techniques based on Transactional Analysis, Gestalt coaching and through questioning, energy and presence. 
     

  4. Review, enable and step away.

If we are  working with you for longer than 1 year then we probably aren't doing our job properly !
